Workshops

Habits for Hope’s workshops dig into how a focus on health and lifestyle can enhance your life—one habit at a time. Get hands-on experience with identifying key habits and moving from goal to action with an expert coach as your guide. 

Our workshops are open to the community, but you can also partner with us to bring a private workshop to your company, group, or facility. 

Our workshops can be completely remote or on location (as social distancing guidelines allow), and time commitments will range from one hour to half a day.

Health Coaching Programs

Habits for Hope’s health coaching programs provide an opportunity to work one-on-one or in a group setting with a dedicated health coach for an extended period of time, usually between one and three months. 

Our coaches collaborate with participants to develop personal, realistic, and flexible plans. Over the course of the program, individuals develop tools to identify and implement nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle skills and habits that will support their overall health and well-being.

Our programs can be completely remote or on location (as social distancing guidelines allow).
